ORDER

Heard the counsel for the complainant. The complainant has come up with this complaint against the Op for a direction to Op to pay interest in terms of the agreement for the delay in not completing the construction and delivery of possession. Under the agreement, the complainant has not asked for substantive relief that is direction to the OP to complete the construction and delivery of possession without asking for the substantive relief. The complaint for other subsidiary reliefs alone is not maintainable. At this stage learned counsel for the complainant submitted for returning of the complaint for presenting it before the proper authority. Hence, complaint is returned to the complainant for presenting it before the proper authority.
