    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to replace the Motor and other spares and also to pay  a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost of the compalint.
