The case is fixed for filing affidavit of the written complaint and fresh steps upon O.P. and in absence of requisites to be filed by the complainant the case can not proceed further.

Inspite of getting sufficient opportunity the complainant failed to take any steps which shows that the complainant is not interested in the case.

                               Hence it is ordered………

That the case is dismissed for default.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
