The complainant is absent continuously  .  This case was admitted on 22/10/2007 and since then it has been coming for filling requisites by the complainant for issue of notice to the O.P . but since then the complainant has been absent and he failed to file necessary requisites .

                       The members have perused the record . The case has been filed by the complainant with allegation of issue credit card in favour of complainant Yashir Arafat with the limitation credit card up to Rs. 24000/- including cash limits of Rs. 9600/- only . The members have perused the record and are of the opinion that non filing of the requisites for issue of notice to the O.P. for this long period is sufficient circumstances to infer that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case . Hence this case should be dismissed and accordingly this case is dismissed for non compliance of order of filing requisites .
