Usha Rani Versus Northern Railway.

Present: Sh. Lovkesh Sharma, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

 

                        Counsel for the complainant stated that he wants to withdraw the present complaint due to technical defect with liberty to file afresh in the appropriate court/authority.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
