                This case was posted today for Order. While dictating order. It has been defected in the version of the Op 4 that a similar case vide CC.20/14 was filed by the complainant. Before this forum hearing same cause of action of matter. After posting of final order in the said CC.20/14 , OP 4 being aggrieved   preferred FA No. 136/2015 before the Hon’ble state commission . Odisha cuttack and the same is pending for adjudication . when appeal against CC.20/14 is pending , again filing case hearing same cause of action of matter , is not maintainable and accordingly the same is Dismissed. 

         Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the 15^th   day of  September’  2017
