Applicant is present, advocate for applicant is present.  Applicant moved miscellaneous application to withdraw amount of compensation & fine deposited by the opponents.  The opponents had moved Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes  Redressal Commission, Mumbai Maharashtra in appeal against the order the Hon’ble State Commission dismissed the first   Appeal Number A/38/2014 filed by the opponent vide order dated 10^th October, 2017 with cost of Rs.20,000/- to applicant.

The opponent thereafter moved to Hon’ble National Commission. The Hon’ble National Commission vide order dated 28/04/2023 dismissed the Revision Petition.  Hence we pass the following order.

                                        ORDER

1. Miscellaneous Application No.MA/89/2023 in CC-08-312 is allowed.
2. Applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the opponents in the Commission for compliance of the order.
