OP no. 3 not served.

                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint is pending since April 2013  for notice to OP no. 3 but OP no. 3 could not served till now for want of correct address and registered covers.  The complainant despite availing opportunities about 4 years has failed to comply with the order to file correct address and registered cover for notice to OP no. 3.  From the perusal of the order sheets, we found that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant for the last several hearings.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order.    File be consigned to the records.
