          None is present for the appellant. Perusal of the record & proceedings of the appeal shows that initially this Commission had issued notice dtd.29.07.2015 to the appellant on his same address given in the appeal memo. No report about service of notice is received. Therefore, this Commission issued another notice dtd. 19.01.206 to the appellant by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due on 06.02.2016 on the same address of the appellant given in the appeal memo. This Commission received acknowledgement about service of that notice to the appellant. The acknowledgement is duly signed by the appellant. The appellant failed to appear on last date and today also after service of notice. 

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed in default.

No order as to costs in this appeal.

Copy of the order be supplied to both parties free of cost.
