Complaint is allowed.   Op No.2 who has agreed to settle the claim shall pay cost of the laptop amounting to Rs.31,000/- to the complainant and cost of Rs.2,000/- within a week from today.   On such payment, complainant shall return the laptop to the second Op.   Op No.2 failing to pay the said amount as stipulated above shall pay interest @ 10% p.a on expiry of 7 days from today until payment is made.

        Complainant shall also return the original invoice to the Op.
