Perused the complaint petition and its annexed documents.
It appears that the complainant has prayed for refunding the amount of Rs. 5000/- on the ground that the said amount has not been paid to the complainant when the complainant approached before the cash counter of the op bank for withdrawing Rs. 15,000/-.
In this regard it is important to note that the cash counter of each and every bank used to exhibit the amount given to the customer through cash. Moreso, it is the duty of the customer of the bank to check the cash amount before leaving counter.
Considering these two aspects this District Commission is of the view that there is no deficiency of service on the part of the bank authority and so this case cannot be admitted.
In the result, it is accordingly,
ordered
that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed.
No order is passed as to costs.
