ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     The authorized representative of complainant stated that complainant intend to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on some more factual. E-mail to this effect also received from the authorized representative of complainant. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars, as permissible under the law, of course subject to law of limitation.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
