Today if fixed for admission hearing of this complaint. The Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present by filing hazira. During hearing of the admissibility of this complaint we have carefully gone through the entire complaint petition along with documents filed by him. Upon careful perusal of the same we are of the view prima faciely the complainant has failed to make out any case from where it is evident that there is any deficiency in service and/or unfair trade practice on behalf of the Ops. The complainant has

submitted that he had already filed the entire documents in support of his contentions and no document is lying with him. We have tallied all the documents filed by him with the petition of complaint and in our view that the documents do not show any deficiency in service and for unfair trade practice of the Ops. So we are not inclined to admit this complaint.

Going by the foregoing discussion, hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the complaint is dismissed without any cost and without being admitted. Therefore, the complaint is thus disposed of accordingly.
