ORAL ORDER

          Complainant in person is present.  Adv. Smt. Nisha Somesh Ruikar is present on behalf of the Opposite Party.  Parties present before us report that there is amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum and as such, now the Complainant does not wish to prosecute present complaint any further as against the Opposite Party.  Complainant seeks permission of this Forum to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  In view of submissions across the Bar and in view of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum, as nothing survives for serious consideration of this Forum, leave is granted to the Complainant to withdraw the present complaint.  Consequently, consumer complaint accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn.  Under these circumstances, parties shall bear their own costs.
