 Applicant side of this MA case has not taken any steps even at 1.15 p.m.  No show cause has been filed. 

On call the applicant is found absent.  The conduct of the applicant is clearly indicating that the applicant is not interested to proceed with this MA case and so this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-prosecution.
