An application has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the OP.

Case was admitted on 13.09.2021.

These case record was placed before the 3^rd National Lok Adalat which was held on 13.08.2022.

Ld.  3^rd National Lok Adalat pleased the following order.

The present dispute has settled before the Ld. 3^rd National Lok Adalat and order has been passed to the effect on 13.08.2022.

Ld. 3^rd National Lok Adalat passed the following order

“it is settled that OP no.1 shall pay Rs. 24,898/- (Rupees twenty four thousand eight hundred ninety eighty only) to the complainant through NEFT within a month. Complainant is directed to submit bank details to the Ld. Adv. for the OP no.1 through his Ld. Adv. within 7 (seven) days. Case is thus disposed off.”

Said order be made part of this order.

In view of aforesaid order of Ld 3^rd National Lok Adalat dtd. 13.08.2022 present case be and the same vide No. CC/71/2021 is disposed off.
