Complainant is absent without any steps.

It is now 12-25 p.m.  on repeated calls neither the Complainant nor her advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any steps.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost her interest to proceed with this complaint case.

Accordingly, this complaint case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That Complaint Case no.88 of 2014 is be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
