Complainant is absent and no steps taken on her behalf. Op is also absent.The case is posted  for hearing.Since 10.6.2010 and accordingly as the now president joined on 31.3.10 office issued notice to the contesting parties vide L no 379,380,381 dt 30.10.10 and notice against Op no 2 returned back un served with postal remark that no such person.However there is no dispute that notice against complainant and Op no 1 is duly served and after receipt of notice the advocate on behalf of the complainant appeared before this forum on 24.11.10 and since then through aware that the hearing case is be taken up on 20.12.10 neither the complainant nor the engaged counsel  steps is the subsequent date is on 20.12.10,19.01.11 28.2.11,28.3.11,24.4.11,23.5.11,27.6.11,27.7.11,24.8.11,21.9.11 and today also.Hence it presumes that complainant is no more interested proceed with her case.hence the case is dismissed due to  default of the complainant.
