            The complainant along with his advocate as well as advocate for O.Ps is present and filed a joint memorandum of settlement memo. The complainant and Insurance Company have arrived at a compromise to settle the above mentioned claim petition of Rs.6,52,973/- in full and final satisfaction of the claim. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the award. The complainant agreed with the said offer of Insurance Company in full and final settlement of the case and agreed for closure of the case in terms of this memorandum of settlement. Heard the memorandum of settlement memo and allowed it.

            In the result the Commission direct the Opposite Parties to pay Rs.6,52,973/- only to the complainant within 30 days from receipt of this order failing which the complainant is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for realization of all dues.

The case of the complainant is disposed of accordingly.

A certified copy of this Judgment be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The file is to be consigned to the record room along with a copy of this Judgment.
