                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

05.09.2022:               The case is fixed for hearing.  Perused the case records and found that the complainant-Laxmi Goenka is the owner of 2(two) nos. of vehicle bearing NO.OD23C-9020 and vehicle bearing NO.OD23C-9021. The complainant files these 2(two) nos. of vehicle case vide C.C.No.92/2019 and C.C.No.114/2019 individually before this commission. All two numbers of vehicles are used for commercial purposes for which the complainant is not a consumer of the Opposite parties.

 

                                    On perusal of order of Hon’ble State Commission and in view of facts and circumstances the complaint of the complainant is not maintainable. Hence the present complaint is dismissed.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 5^th day of Sept’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
