The learned counsel for the complainant argued that during the life time of policy holder he preferred present complainant as nominee and the same was accepted by the opposite parties. In spite of repeated demands and requests the opposite parties issued a reminder letter on 25.02.2009 demanding some more additional documents to confirm the death of the policy holder and for the settlement of claim, which are having the nature of police records. Inurn the present complainant issued a reply there is no response from the opposite parties and there is no induction for the  settlement of claim. Since the acts of the opposite parties are comes under the negligence and deficiency of service the present complainant is entitled for the relief as prayed for.
