The D/hr is present in person and the Ld. Advocate on behalf of the J/dr No.1 appears through Vokalatnama and also files a petition stating inter-alia that the decreetal amount of Rs.9,96,835/- (Nine Lakhs Ninety Six thousand eight hundred thirty five only) has been credited in the account of the D/hr through the NEFT.

D/hr has filed one bank account statement of HDFC Bank which shows that on 15.10.2024 the decreetal amount of Rs.9,96,835/- (Nine Lakhs Ninety Six thousand eight hundred thirty five only) with interest has already been credited.

D/hr is verified and examined with his self attested Aadhar card.

The J/dr No.1 has paid Rs.9,96,835/- (Nine Lakhs Ninety Six thousand eight hundred thirty five only) to the D/hr in full and final settlement of his claim.

So, no grievance is left against the J/dr No.1.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

That the Execution case No. EA/10/2024 be and the same is hereby disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
