Both contending parties file a petition to dispose of the case in view of the amicable settlement between the parties. As per the settlement OP No. 1 handed over one A/c payer cheque bearing No. 258694 dt. 08.06.2015 amounting to Rs 25,000/- only to complainant. The complainant duly identified by his advocate Sri Balaram Nayak who present before the Forum received the cheque. Complainant also files a separate petition praying for a direction to close the proceeding in view of the above settlement by the OP No. 1.

Heard on the petition filed by the parties. As complainant is fully satisfied with the O.ps & does not want to proceed with the case, we think there is no more issue is subsisting. In view of the settlement of the case & satisfaction of the complainant the case is dropped accordingly.
