              Heard the learned advocate for the complainant. Perused the complaint petition and Xerox copy of the documents filed by the complainant. The complainant has preferred this case with the following prayer; “Hence prayed that in the interest of justice, the O.P. may kindly be directed to waive out Rs. 8737/- which he has claimed towards maintenance of the credit card including interest thereon and to receive the credit card returned by the complainant and to refund the balance amount which was in the account of the complainant. Further the O.P. may kindly be directed to pay Rs. 50,000/- for doing the mischievous act as a result of which the complainant has suffered mental tension.

            It is seen from the complaint petition that, on the request of the complainant and on production of all the required documents the O.P. has issued the SBI Card in favour of the complainant. Therefore the complainant cannot deny to pay the maintenance charges. Hence the complaint petition does not disclose a case of deficiency in service against the O.P.

           Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed as not admitted.
