The case is fixed for appearance and filing of written version today. Sri K.C. Agrawal, advocate & Associates on behalf of O.P is present and files V.Nama along with documents in support of his case. The complainant is present along with case withdraw petition on the ground that both the complainant and Opposite party are settled  between the parties amicably  outside the court premises and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.   Heard from both the sides and allowed the petitions filed by the parties.

 

In view of the present compromise petition, the present case is dropped as withdrawn. 

Accordingly the present case is disposed of.
