The complainant is absent .  on perusal of the record , we find on 30/05/2011 . The complainant is remaning absent contiuously from 11/07/2011 It means that he has no interest in this case . above all , the complainant does not appear to be a consumber and a such this case is not maintainable . this is rejected due to absentse of the complainant and for the reason noted above .
