complainant  is allowed  with a direction  to the  ops to  deposit half  of the  amount  payable  in resect of the two FDR  no 30805964650 and 30805975684 into  the  s.b. account  of the  complainant  till  its  mainines  and  other half  of the  interest amount  to the  account  of the  other deposited  holder ramakrishna  it  both complainant as well a g.ramakrishna   the joint  sb account  and if  their  joint  account then  the  ops has  to deposited the interest accordingly to  their joint  account  in the  circumstance each part do bear their  own costs
