The complainant is absent , he has been irregular in attendance , rather he never appeared nor he was represented after 28/11/06 . The complainant was given last chance to take proper step for appearance of Op ‘s . but he has not taken step and after preusal of the record the members have taken the view that this is unnecessary to prolong this case . For appearance for such a long period of more than 18 months shows that the complainant has got no interest in the present case and this case must be dismissed for non compliance and the case is dismissed for non compliance by the complainant .
