Complainant is present. Today is fixed for Admission Hearing of this complaint.

In short, it is a case of the complainant that he took loan of Rs. 2,40,000/- out of which he actually got Rs. 1,56000/- and the said amount be returned to Bank as per agreement. The remaining amount is Rs. 84000/- which has not been paid by the Bank. On query Complainant was informed that he got supply of material from Biswanath Bhowmik but actually the signature on the Voucher was not the original signature of the complainant but the Bank paid the money on the basis of false signature.

In my view this case is not under purview of the Consumer Protection Act 1986, it is a forged case. Hence, this petition is not admitted and dismissed.

I make it clear that this order will not debar the complainant to take appropriate step against this fraud.
