This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount due under the policy No. 42245/9/699/4/95/16483 together with all benefits legally admissible.under the above said policy and Rs. 500/- costs of this proceedintgs form the respondent.<br /> <br /> The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs. 9,000/- to the complainant together with all benefits legally admissible under the above said policy and Rs. 500/- as costs of this proceedings within two monts from the date of the reciept of the copy of this judgement and order. apart from bearing its own costs of this proceedings.
