Both the parties are  absent   without  step. The case   has  been   fixed for   cross   examination of  OPW . It is   seen   from the  record that   complainant   was absent   without   step on   7/9/2021,  7/12/2021,  8/3/2022 , 23/5/2022 ,   11/7/2022   and 31/8/2022.  We are   of the view   that   complainant   is  not   interested   to proceed     with  his case ,  hence   the case is   dismissed   for default.
