FINAL ORDER

This complaint is filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986 alleging deficiency in service as well as unfair trade practice against the O.Ps.

We took up this complaint for hearing on the point of its admissibility. At the time of hearing it is noticed by us that in respect of O.P. Nos. 2,3,4 no address is given by the complainant in the cause title of the complaint. Therefore, until and unless the addresses of the said O.Ps is not given by the complainant notices cannot be issued upon the O.Ps. As the complaint is filed supported by affidavit, hence at this juncture amendment cannot lie.

Under the circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the complaint giving liberty to the complainant to file afresh before the appropriate court / Forum, if not barred otherwise.

Hence,

                 It is ordered,

                                           that the C. C. No. being No. 176/2018 is hereby dismissed without being admitted due to non filing the same in accordance with law.  

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
