ORDER

            Perused the case record and found that the complainant has multiple vehicles and he uses the vehicles for commercial purpose. The complainant has filed different Consumer cases regarding the vehicles separately vide C.C. No.130/2018, C.C. No./131/2018, C.C.No.135/2018 to C.C.No.138/2018 (Total six number of C.C. Cases). Hence the case record are tagged. The contention of the Ops are found correct. As the vehicles are used for commercial purpose as not maintainable. The complainant has not come to the Commission with clean hand. The case is dismissed on contest.

           C.C. No.130/2018, C.C.No./131/2018, C.C.No.135/2018 to C.C.No.138/2018 (Total sixnumber of C.C. Cases) are also disposed of accordingly.
