Case record is fixed to-day for further order. Perused the case record and found that the complainant has multiple vehicles and he uses the vehicles for commercial purpose bearing Regd.No.OD-14K-8779 and OD-16B-9376. The complainant has filed two numbers of cases regarding both the vehicles separately vide C.C. No.103/2018, C.C. No./121/2018 & C.C.No.23/2021. As the vehicles are used for commercial purpose as not maintainable. The complainant has not come to the Commission with clean hand. The case is dismissed.

          C.C. No.103/2018 is also disposed of accordingly.
