06.04.2016                  The case is fixed for further hearing on earlier date.    The Complainant is present in person along with his advocate before this Forum and files a memo petition on the ground   that to withdraw the present complaint as because he deposited the disputed amount of Rs.85,000/- to the O.P on dt. 18.03.2016 as full and final settlement. Hence,  the  complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.

In view of the above submission of  complainant , the present case is dropped  as withdrawn.
