Advocates for both parties as well as the Complainant herself are present. The complainant puts her signature on the joint compromise petition again in the open Commission today. It appears that the claim of the complainant has been settled out of Commission voluntarily and satisfactorily. The terms of settlement are valid, legal and acceptable. It is accepted.

Hence,

it is ordered.

That the C. Case No. 64/2020 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution in terms of compromise application. The application of joint compromise be made part of this order.
