Both parties by the Ld.Counsels are present as well as Branch Manager of LIC also present.Both parties have agreed to settle the case. The Branch Manager also agreed to pay the surrender value (amount0 of the sum assured Rs.75,000 to the Complainant within a week.Accordingly, the case is disposed off.
