I.A.No.37/2014 is allowed on 10-7-2014 vide separate order. The amendment is carried out and also filed neat copy by adding complainant Nos.2 to 6 as a legal heirs of the deceased complainant.  At this stage, the complainant No.3 who is the elder son of the deceased complainant No.1 and complainant No.2 and brother of complainant Nos.4 to 6 stating that the matter is compromised outside the Forum with the OP and received cheque bearing No.131682, dt.9-7-2014 for a sum of Rs.20,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank on his name towards full and final settlement and full satisfaction of the claim under the policy No.646971964. Further stated that he has also filed a petition in I.A.No.67/2014, dt.10-7-2014 U/s 151 C.P.C. along with the No objection affidavits of the complainant Nos.2 and 4 to 6 for permitting him to receive the said cheque on behalf of him and also other complainants. Accordingly the said I.A.No.67/2014,dt.10-7-2014 is allowed vide separate order.  Hence the F.S. memo filed by complainant No.3 on behalf of him as well as other complainant Nos.2 and 4 to 6 is taken on record.  In view of filed the F.S. memo we dismiss the complaint as not pressed as full satisfaction of the claim.  No costs.
