This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri V.J.Ravikumar and Sri J.Yallaraju, Advocates for the complainant and Sri Bhaskar Ravi Prasad, Advocate for the Opposite Parties 1 & 2 and the complaint against the 3rd opposite party dismissed and after perusing the material papers on record and after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Forum delivered the following:

Counsel for Opposite Parties 1 & 2 filed memo stating that he has deposited the Cheque bearing No.001678 dt.08.11.2014 for Rs.1,20,593/- towards full and final settlement with a request to close the matter. Notice given to the counsel for complainant and the counsel for complainant endorsed that no objection and not pressed the complaint and the same is recorded. In the above circumstances, the complaint is dismissed, as not pressed by the counsel for the complainant but in the circumstances no costs.
