 This complaint having come up for hearing before us to day on  09.07.2015  this Forum  passed  the following

Complaint is filed under sec. 12(1) of the consumer protection Act for a direction to the opposite party to pay compensation to the complainant for his mental agony and hardship.

Proof affidavit of the complainant is not filed. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
