17.08.2015                  The case is fixed for filing of written version today. The representatives of the complainant are present personally. The O.P is present.  The representative of the complainant have filed a complaint withdrawal petition on the grounds that, the complainant  want to keep a good official relationship with the O.P. Copy received by the O.P with no objection. The complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.   Heard from both the sides and allowed the petitions filed by the complainant.

 

In view of the present withdrawal memo on behalf of complainant, the present case is dropped as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the present case is disposed of.
