The Case record is put up in National Lok Adalat to-day. The Complainant and the OP No.1 i.e. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited agreed for settlement of this case. To this effect the complainant files a petition and an affidavit so also the OP No.1 and the Complainant filed a joint memo for settlement of this case with an agreed sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs) only which is to be paid by the OP No.1 within a period of two months to the complainant. As such this case is disposed of to-day in National Lok Adalat. The OP No-1- ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited is directed to comply the order within two months from the date of this order.

                    Accordingly, the present C.C. is closed in National Lok Adalat. Extract of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost.
