EXTRACT OF ORDER

Dt.01.03.2017…         The A/A for OP.s present. The complainant is also present. The A/A for OP.s submitted a Banker’s D.D/Cheque bearing No.201368 dt.27.02.2017 for Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand) only of ICICI Bank for full & final settlement of the case, inter alia assured to deposit No Dues Certificate, RTO N.O.C along with Insurance NOC before this forum within 10 days of this order and the complainant being agreed his assurance duly received the D.D with utmost satisfaction. However as the complainant agreed upon the above contentions, we adjourned the case to dt.14.03.2017 for further adjudication.
