Attendance of  both parties  has been filed .  The Op has filed a petition enclosing cheque No-304632 dt 13/08/12 of A/C No-0087035000042 of HDFC bank , Bistupur Branch , Jsr In view of order dt 08/08/12 the Op has not filed banker’s cheque / demond draft . But has assured that the afforsaid cheque shall not be dishonoured and complainant has raised no objection in receiving the afforsaid cheque on full and final sattlement between the parties Kajal Mahato , complainant of the case has received the afforsaid cheque as full and final sattlement of op her claim and endorsement of receiving of this cheque has been made in remarks coloum of the order sheet. 

As the complainant has received cheque amounting Rs 95000/ (Ninty Five Thousand) as full and final settlement of her claim by compromise between the parties hence the case is disposed off .
