ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to repay a sum of Rs.1475.00 towards the ACH-RT-CHG collected from the complainant on 26.10.2019 and 28.10.2018 along with 24% interest and pay compensation of Rs.100000/- and to pay Rs.50000/- towards mental agony suffered due to the opposite parties negligence and to pay cost of Rs.5000/-.

Both present.  Matter is settled in mediation.  Memo filed by the 1st opposite party.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled in mediation.

Order Pronounced dated 06th  January  2023.
