COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Pankaj Kaushik, Advocate.

                   Sh. Ishant Khangwal, Advocate, Counsel for OP No.1.

                   Sh. Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate, Counsel for OPs No.2 & 3.

                  

                   An application for setting aside the order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the Commission, vide which the OP No.1 was ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte, has been moved by the Ld. Counsel for the OP No.1. Ld. Counsel for the OP No. 1 has also filed power of attorney alongwith written statement.

                   At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that she has received a cheque bearing no. 905998 dated 08.03.2022 amounting to Rs. 37062.26 from the OPs No.2 & 3, in lieu of full and final settlement of the claim in question and now, nothing remains due against the OPs No.1 to 3; hence, she withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
