The complainant agrees to pay Rs.2,10,000/- as full and final settlement to the 1st opposite party branch on or before 17/3/19 out of which Rs.50,000/- shall be paid on or before 31/12/2018 and the remaining amount at the rate of 80,000/- per instalments shall be paid on 17/2/19 and 17/3/19 failing which the opposite parties are allowed to proceed and record the dues as per records.
