The case of the complainant is that he purchased a tractor and trailer bearing No.AP 27 G 9138 and AP 27 G 9139 respectively and got the same registered on 19.09.2003 Subsequently in the year 2006 he availed a loan of Rs.1,10,000/- from the opposite party on 18.11.2006 agreeing to repay the loan in 30 monthly installments. In total he paid Rs.1,23,800/- and the balance payable is only Rs.29,930/- But the opposite party is demanding Rs.1,05,000/-. Hence he filed the present complaint to direct the opposite party to produce original loan account copy of the complainant along with day to day transactions .
