The complainant files hazira along with a petition and a copy of account ledger inquiry stating  that the complainant and the Op mutually settled the dispute and the Op paid Rs.859/- & the complainant does not want to proceed with the case and prays to withdraw the case.

 The Ld advocate of the Ops also present and files v-nama along with a copy of account ledger inquiry.

 Considering the submission of both sides let the case be disposal of on full satisfaction.

 Let a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
