            This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri K.L.N.Prasad and Smt.P.V.Nirmala Devi, advocates for the complainant and Sri N.R.K.Mohan and Sri A.Suresh Kumar, advocates for the opposite party and after perusing the material papers on record, the Forum delivered the following:

            Soon after the case is adjourned, the learned counsel for the complainant filed a memo stating that the case is settled out of Forum and the complaint is not pressed.

At request of both sides, the case is suomotu advanced to this day from 11-07-2008.  The memo filed by the complainant is recorded.

In view of the memo, the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled out of Forum.
